Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of Crowning Research Lab, run by Crowning English With Shampod. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them.

Your account

• Give your real name and email and keep your password secret. An account is for one person and may not be shared.
• We may close accounts that break these terms.

The service

• The assistants run on AI. AI can be wrong: check every fact and reference yourself. You are responsible for your writing.
• Follow the AI rules of your journal and institution. Do not use the site to copy others' work or to invent data.
• The service may change or be briefly unavailable from time to time.

Payments

• Prices are in taka, paid with bKash or another way we offer. A plan's days count from the day it is bought.
• When AI use is charged by tokens, each reply's tokens and charge are shown in your Settings.
• Refunds follow the Refund Policy.
