Refund Policy

• Within 3 days of buying a plan, if you have used the AI assistants very little, you can ask for a full refund.
• Unused AI balance is refunded on request (less bKash charges).
• AI use already made and monthly bills are not refundable.
• If you were charged twice by mistake, we refund the extra payment.
• Send requests to the contact details on our home page with the bKash transaction ID. Refunds are usually made within 7 working days.
